- For Replacement consumables
- INKB2B shall replace a new one for you within 60 days of receipt of your order. For orders over 60 days after receipt, please contact us directly for arrangement.
- If you choose a more expensive item, you shall pay the difference.
- If you choose a cheaper item, the balance will be forfeited.
- The items under guarantee must be returned to INKB2B at the time of exchange.
- For OEM consumables or printers
- INKB2B shall replace a new one for you within 7 days upon receipt of your order.
- If you choose a more expensive item, you shall pay the difference.
- If you choose a cheaper item, the balance will be forfeited.
- The items under guarantee must be returned to INKB2B before the exchange.
- Non-returnable items
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any free gift products
- To return the product, you may contact us directly, or follow a few steps:
- Click "Contact us" and select "Online order > Return & Exchange" from the enquiry type. Please also provide your order number.
- Indicate returned products and the reason for your return in the input box area.
- Upon receipt of your request, we will directly contact you by phone or by email within 24 hours.
- Once product return and exchange is confirmed, please pack the returned product and send to us directly.
